Speko Solutions Inc. ("Speko", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Speko is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.

• Contact details you submit. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, work email, company (optional), area of interest, and the message you send.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics record information such as page views, referring site, approximate region, browser, and device type. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, configured with IP anonymization and with advertising features and Google Signals turned off, so we do not build advertising profiles of you.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment details on this site.

How we use it

• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and comparable regulations, you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to measure visits. We ask for your consent first: when you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies — nothing loads and no analytics cookies are set unless you accept, and you can clear the choice any time by clearing your browser's site data. We have also enabled IP anonymization and disabled advertising personalization. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work. Third-party links

Our site may link to external sites (such as our LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
