Speko Solutions is open for business. We're a Vancouver consultancy with a deliberately narrow focus: helping teams build and run their infrastructure on AWS — from a first workload to a production platform.

Most of the cloud problems we see aren't exotic. They're foundations laid in a hurry: resources clicked together in the console, a deploy script only one person understands, environments that drifted apart months ago and nobody noticed. None of that is a moral failing — it's what happens when a team is busy shipping a product. But it compounds, quietly, until the infrastructure is the reason things are slow.

Our work starts there. Infrastructure as code, sensible automation, and the operational discipline around them — built in your accounts, documented as we go, and handed back to your team when we're done. We'd rather leave you with a foundation you own than a dependency on us.
